Emergency repairs

If the problem presents an immediate risk to safety, security or health, you must call us on 0300 555 6666 (24/7).
Before reporting a repair, please refer to our online guidance or your repairs handbook.

Other ways to report a repair

You can also report a repair using the form below, but you will need to contact us if you need to make any changes or cancellations.

There must be a person over the age of 18 present for all repairs appointments. Please bear this in mind when booking a repair.

If our colleagues cannot gain access to your property to carry out the repair, this will result in the repair being cancelled, and you will be expected to re-report and reschedule the work.

Reporting a repair through My whg instead will allow you to manage repairs quickly and easily yourself.
