Our wellbeing schemes

If you are over 55 and want a mixture between independent and communal living, our wellbeing schemes may be the right fit for you.

Individual apartments in a friendly community

Our wellbeing schemes contain one and two-bedroom apartments designed exclusively for over-55s, as well as communal gardens, kitchens and lounges.

Each scheme has a dedicated wellbeing officer on-site Monday to Friday, who will be your main point of contact in the building.

They check-in on residents, organise free activities, answer queries, and provide support and advice when needed.

This means you can maintain your independence and live in your own home, whilst knowing there is someone on hand if you need support.

The scheme runs a range of social events and activities, which you can get involved in as much or as little as you want, tackling isolation and building friendships with your neighbours.
