Delivering new homes

We are proud champions of the region, playing an active role in its future prosperity through regeneration, place shaping and community investment. Working in genuine partnership and levering in funds enables us to deliver where others cannot.

Delivering new homes and sustainable communities

We are a Homes England partner, building exceptionally high-quality, affordable of different tenures across the Midlands that customers feel really proud of and in the places they want to live.

Working with development partners across the region, we are excited to be creating thriving, sustainable communities that reflect the changing needs of individuals and families at different stages of life. From those looking to rent or make the first steps on the housing ladder, to those seeking a larger family home or wanting to downsize.

Case study: Lockside

This is our first joint venture development in partnership with leading developer, Lovell. The £44 million scheme, just one mile from Walsall town centre, will transform this previously derelict site.

Alongside homes for outright sale, the development will also include those for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as a 50 apartment wellbeing scheme for over-55s. Through this mix of tenures we aim to create a thriving, sustainable new place that people are proud to call their home.

Case study: Former Royal Hospital

We are proud to be working in partnership with Jessup and Homes England to transform Wolverhampton’s iconic Royal Hospital site into a wellbeing scheme for people over 55 and build an additional 154 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.

The redevelopment forms part of wider plans to make the area a key gateway to Wolverhampton city centre, which is starting to take shape following the successful regeneration of the former bus depot site at Cleveland Road.
