  • Community Organiser

    Salary: c.£20,000
    Contract: 12 months fixed term

    Initially for 12 months, this role is required to support the delivery of whg’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the community integration projects of whg, and appropriate partners in general, in designated neighbourhoods.

    In this challenging and rewarding role, you will support whg’s European Economic Area (EEA) customers in accessing whg’s services, and sustaining their tenancies; whilst supporting your whg colleagues to engage EEA customers where language is a barrier.

    We are looking for someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload particularly when faced with conflicting pressures and demands. You must also have effective communication skills, with the ability to speak fluent English and Polish.

  • Plumber (Multi Skilled Operative)

    Salary: c. £32,000 p/a

    We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Plumber to support our busy Home Maintenance Services Team.  You will play a key part in supporting the effective delivery of plumbing services, by ensuring that you complete all aspects of first and second fixes of plumbing maintenance and installation work first time and to a high standard.

    You will hold a City and Guilds Craft or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and you will also have extensive experience of plumbing maintenance and installation and completing routine maintenance work.  You will also be able to competently undertake a range of multi skilled trades activities.
