Ending your tenancy
If you want to end your tenancy, sign in and visit ‘My tenancy’. Or you can complete and return a notice to quit form, or contact us.
Please check your tenancy agreement to see how much notice you need to give.

Home contents insurance
We offer affordable home contents insurance exclusively for our customers. While we insure the structure of your home through our building insurance, this does not cover your personal belongings.
Home contents insurance helps protect your items against unexpected damage or loss, including fire, flooding, theft, vandalism or burst pipes. You can take out cover through the scheme available to all our customers, or arrange your own policy with another provider.
Garages
You can apply to rent a garage from us to store items or park a vehicle.
We have a limited number of garages and they do not become available very often, so there may be a long wait. Once you have joined the waiting list, we will contact you when a suitable garage is available.
Any items stored in a garage are kept there at your own risk.
Rent for garages is reviewed each year and may increase.
