How to apply
1. Complete the correct application form
Print and fill out the relevant application form based on the scheme you’re applying for:
- Right to Buy: RTB1 application form
- Right to Acquire: RTA1 application form
2. Complete an Authority to Release Information form
- You must send your RTB1 or RTA1 form back with a completed Authority to Release Information form.
3. Send your documents to:
