We see our people as central to whg. Therefore, it makes sense that people are central to our solutions.

To help us better engage with our colleagues and enable them to influence matters that effect how we operate, we recently launched the Colleague Voice.

The Colleague Voice acts as a forum to facilitate two-way communication between senior leaders and a diverse range of colleagues across the business. We’re delighted that we already have more than 50 colleagues involved sharing their views in four themed groups: Culture and Engagement, Customers and Communities, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Health Safety and Wellbeing.

We want these groups to help us improve our understanding of the perspective of colleagues about all kinds of things ranging from the way we deliver our services to trialling new learning and development activities.

It’s really important for us that all our colleagues feel they can have a say and that their voice is heard and listened to. We’re really excited to engage with these volunteers as we invite them to contribute their experiences, expertise and ideas.
