Announcing our new online booking system for repairs

We are delighted to launch our new online booking system which will help you book a repair anytime, anywhere.

The new system means you can report your repair and select your own appointment date and time at the touch of a button.

You can report these 24 hours a day and on any device, making it much more convenient for you. You can also manage your repairs, check when your appointment is or cancel and re-book if you need to.

Adele O’Brien, Head of Digital and Customer Services, said: “We’re really pleased to add this additional service to our online portal, which means customers are no longer restricted to calling us during opening hours.

“I’d encourage anyone to try out the service when they next need a repair. It’s easy to use and you can go online anytime of day and receive instant confirmation of your repairs appointment.”
