Our dedicated Neighbourhood Services Team support the smooth running of your building and local area. They work with you to keep your area clean and tackle fly-tipping when it’s reported, so that offenders can be prosecuted.


Rubbish and fly-tipping

Your local council is responsible for bin collections. We deal with issues in your shared areas, such as overflowing communal bins and fly-tipping.

Grounds maintenance service

Some customers pay a service charge for maintenance of communal or surrounding areas.

Depending on your type of tenancy, you may see these charges listed as a separate fixed amount alongside your rent, or they may be included within your rent amount.

Caretaking service in blocks

If you live in one of our blocks our Neighbourhood Services Team provide you with a regular caretaking service. The service is delivered daily to high rise blocks and a minimum of once a month to low rise blocks. Here’s what it includes.
