Introducing our new system

At whg, we’re always looking for ways to improve the services we provide to you, our customers. That’s why we’ve introduced a new system called our Business Intelligence Framework. This tool is helping us use data to look in more details about things that matter to you and make smarter decisions.

What does this mean for you?

  • Better services: We now track a lot more things, such as antisocial behaviour response times. This means we can spot problems quickly and improve our services.
  • Greater accountability: Teams across whg can now see how they’re doing and take ownership of their performance. That means you’re more likely to get the service you expect.
  • Listening to what matters: We’ve built our new system around key questions, like “Are our homes safe?” and “Are customers satisfied with our services?” These questions help us focus on what really matters to you.
  • Tracking progress: By using data more effectively, we can plan better, work smarter, and deliver more for our communities.

We’ve made a big change in how we use information, and it’s all about making life better for you. From faster repairs to safer homes, this new approach means we’re measuring what matters and acting on it.
