How to reschedule or cancel your repairs appointment

Help us carry out repairs quickly and efficiently

We understand that life can be busy and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If something happens and you are unable to keep your repairs appointment it’s really important you let us know.

Each month, hundreds of repair appointments are missed and this results in wasted time and resources, and delays repairs for others.

Did you know?

  • Each month, around 320 appointments are missed
  • This amounts to more than one day of wasted time each month for our repairs team
  • These missed appointments could have been used to help other customers in need of repairs

How you can help: Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment:
You can cancel a repair online up to 24 hours before the appointment. Simply sign in to your online account, press ‘Cancel,’ and follow the instructions on screen.

If you need to cancel on the day of the repair, please call us on 0300 555 6666.

By letting us know ahead of time, you help us reallocate the appointment to another customer who needs it. This small action can make a big difference in ensuring that everyone receives timely repairs
