We are looking for an experienced Energy Efficiency Manager to oversee whg’s communal heating systems, solar PV and renewable technologies portfolio, manage energy provider partnerships and ensure value for money.

We are looking for 2 Gas Engineers to join our Services and Eco Team, carrying out routine services and installations as well as repairs to gas boilers and fires.
You must hold a valid Gas Safe accreditation and at least a Level Two qualification in Domestic Natural Gas and Maintenance, with a willingness to achieve a Level Three qualification if required.
Salary: c.£50,000 plus essential car user allowance

As a Repairs Manager, you will be required to support, motivate and manage all colleagues within the Repairs Team to achieve high performance, productivity, quality standards and customer service. You will also pro-actively involve customers in service delivery and attend Customer Forums as required, dealing with high level complaints in a considerate and honest manner.
To be successful in your application for this role you must have an in-depth knowledge of repairs and maintenance services, including on call operations and planning and scheduling systems. Experience of managing substantially sized repairs and maintenance teams is also required.
Housing Lawyer (Junior Barrister)

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Barrister, used to working on public and private sector cases on issues including antisocial behaviour and tenancy breaches, housing disrepair, leaseholder disputes, security of tenure and possession proceedings.
The right person will possess a law degree or other, relevant professional qualification, with recent experience in a similar role to include; housing management such as tenancy enforcement via possession claims, injunction applications and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to the same.
Electrician (Permanent & FTC)
Closing Date: 6th June
Carrying out routine repairs, fault finding and installations, you will be accountable for ensuring that all jobs are completed to high electrical standards, whilst ensuring that our customers are happy. We want skilled people who can show care and consideration for customers, often in the most trying of times.
You must be educated to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or equivalent, and have proven electrical installation and repairs experience, working in occupied and unoccupied properties.
