The role will involve being the first point of contact for whg customers; you will create the right first impression and be able to build rapport with our customers; demonstrating tact and diplomacy in a calm and professional manner.
We are looking for candidates who will be able to provide a professional and responsive customer orientated service to our customers via our Contact Centre and receptions. You will have recent and relevant experience of working in a customer service environment, the ability to verbally communicate clearly and effectively is essential.
