Customer Service Advisors (1 Yr / 6 Mth Fixed Term)
Salary: £22,291 (pro-rata)

Contract: 1 year fixed term / 6 month fixed term
Hours: 3 x 37 hours per week / 1 x 25 hours per week

As a member of our Customer Services team you will be responsible for managing all customer contact through a variety of channels, including telephone, email, webchat and face to face. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will work collaboratively with other areas of the business to manage enquiries through to resolution.
You will need to have:
- Customer Services experience
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving ability
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to use our IT systems and record data accurately
Flexibility is also key in this role, as our Customer Service Team operates shift patterns between 08.00am and 18.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 08.00am to 13.00pm Saturday.
Learning and Development Advisor
Salary: £28870 per annum

Multi-skilled Operative (Carpenter)
Salary: £32646.00 per annum

Working within our customers homes, you will be responsible for undertaking high quality repairs and maintenance works whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Your works will mainly be in Carpentry, but you’ll also be required to carry out a range of multi-trade tasks. Sound like the role for you? Then you could be our next Multi-Skilled Carpenter!
You’ll need to have a City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry Maintenance, and we’ll also need you to have the following:
- Experience of a wide range of Carpentry works, including building, repairs, maintenance, installation and refurbishment and fire safety related tasks;
- Experience of a variety of multi-trade tasks, such as plastering, dry lining, rendering, floor laying/ screening, plumbing, tiling, wallpapering and painting;
- Experience of working within both void and tenanted properties.
