Why we are changing our reception opening hours

From today, our reception at 100 Hatherton Street will be closed every Wednesday between 10am to 11am for colleague training. Our usual opening hours remain Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This means that every Wednesday, our reception opening hours are: 9am to 10am and 11am to 5pm.
Why are we making this change?
To give you the best possible support, our team receive regular training to keep their skills up to date. By using this time for colleague training, we can make sure we’re ready to help when you need us.
How will this affect you?
Reception will be open as usual outside this time. Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Our phone lines and online services will remain open as normal, so you can still contact us or manage your home online as you normally would.
