Check out these meal deals and events for the kids this summer
We’ve rounded up the best affordable and free kids’ meal deals this summer – plus ways to keep them entertained. From supermarket cafes to big-name restaurants, free activity programmes and food rescue apps, you can feed the kids for less and still make the most of the school holidays.
Tesco cafe (kids eat free)
What’s on offer:
- One free kids’ meals with any adult purchase – even as little as a 65p piece of fruit.
This includes: Hot meal deals, kids breakfast, or a pick ‘n’ mix lunch box (sandwich, snacks, fruit and drink.)
When: Monday – Friday throughout the school summer holidays (regional dates may very)

What’s on offer:

Walsall Council works with over 75 providers in the borough to offer eligible children aged 5 to 16 years old, fun, local activities, while providing the opportunity for learning and developing new skills.
