Ozzy the Elf Competition

As part of the 12 Days of Christmas, we’re hosting a festive competition on our Facebook page for customers.

Ozzy the Elf will be visiting different locations across our communities, some linked to the services we provide, the support available to customers, or our ongoing developments and Christmas activities.

And we want you to guess where Ozzy is visiting each day!

From 1–12 December, we’ll share a new photo of Ozzy on our Facebook page. Each day, he’ll pop up somewhere new… and all you need to do is comment with your guess. The more posts you comment on, the more entries you’ll have in our big festive prize draw.

Make sure to share our posts with your family and friends who are whg customers, so they can join in with the fun too.

How to enter:

Getting involved is simple:

1. Follow us on Facebook.
2. Look out for our daily photo of Ozzy the Elf.
3. Comment on the post with your best guess of the location.
4. Each correct comment, per post, counts as one entry!
5. The answer to each day’s location will be revealed in the next day’s post.

Prizes

We’ll be selecting three winners at random after the final post on 13 December.

Prizes include:

• 3 × £50 vouchers

Prizes will be delivered digitally so you can put them to use in time for Christmas shopping!

• Competition runs: 1–12 December
• Final round-up post: 13 December
• Winners announced: After 13 December (details shared on Facebook)

Competition rules:

To keep things clear and fair, here’s what you need to know:

• You must comment on our daily Facebook posts to enter.
• Every comment, per post, is one entry—so enter every day to maximise your chances.
• Entries close at midnight on 12 December.
• Winners are chosen at random once the competition ends.
• You must be a UK resident to win.
• Prizes are digital and will be sent to winners directly via email.
• Winners must provide their email address within seven days of contacting them to receive their prize. If there’s no contact within seven days, we will select another winner at random.
• We will never ask for bank details—please stay aware of scams.
• Employees directly involved in running this competition are not eligible to enter.
• Customers who are also whg colleagues are allowed to enter our competition.
