Buying your home
If you’re a whg customer, you may be able to buy the home you live in at a discount, through the government’s Right to Buy or Right to Acquire scheme, depending on your tenancy and circumstances.
Both schemes have specific eligibility criteria. If you’re unsure whether you qualify for either of these schemes, we recommend seeking independent legal advice.
What’s the difference?
Which scheme you qualify for will depend on your tenancy history, the type of property you live in, and how long you’ve been a tenant.
