Board Member

Nicola has over 20 years’ experience in people management, across a broad range of industries, including in her current role as principal consultant for Timewise, delivering cultural change for both public and private sector organisations. Additionally, Nicola works as an independent HR consultant, exercising her commitment to making a positive impact through values-driven people services.

Nicola also works in voluntary roles for the PTFA at St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School and for the Talent and People Alliance, Warwickshire. She holds an accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching, and a PGDip in Human Resources Management.

Nicola is the Chair of whg’s People and Governance Committee.
