Akshay is the founder of Talent Navigator Enterprise Hub, based in Walsall which provides practical hands-on business support for high growth, profit oriented, young entrepreneurial businesses.

Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Walsall Regeneration Company where he was responsible for driving forward the ambitious and transformational regeneration programme, which culminated in the delivery of over £400m of public and private sector investment within the town centre of Walsall. Projects included the establishment of the new Wisemore Campus for Walsall College, a new Tesco superstore, the redevelopment of the Manor Hospital, and the accelerated development of the award winning, mixed use schemes at Walsall Waterfront.

Akshay holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Banking and International Finance from City University London.
