Board Member

Aaron John is an accomplished housing professional and leader with extensive experience across asset management, repairs, compliance, and governance in both housing associations and local authorities.

As Managing Director of a housing consultancy, Aaron specialises in procurement, policy development, and strategic direction, supporting organisations nationwide. Aaron has held multiple board level roles, including Chair of Platform Property Care and Christian Action Housing, where Aaron has driven organisational recovery and regulatory engagement.

With a strong background in public contract regulations and a proven ability to deliver complex tenders, Aaron is also a published co-author on sector best practices and an active supporter of youth and homelessness charities.

Aaron is currently a whg Board member and a member of the Customer Service Oversight Committee.
