Social Tenant Access to information Requirements (STAIRs) Focus Group
From 1 October 2026, landlords will be required to publish information about how their homes and services are managed. We would like to hear our customers’ views on what information would be most useful to them.
- During the workshop, we will discuss:
- How useful you would find the information that will be published
- How often would you be likely to look at it
- What other information you would like to see published.
Customers will receive a £20 digital voucher for attending the session, as a thank you their time and participation.
The focus group session will take place on Tuesday 25th August, from 10:30am – 12:00pm at 100 Hatherton Street, WS1 1AB
