Our Customer Voice team is hosting a scrutiny workshop focused on ‘No access’, giving customers the opportunity to share their experiences and help shape service improvements.

Date: Wednesday 8 July 2026

Time: 10am till 2pm

Venue: The Hub, Walsall College, WS2 8ES

Together, we’ll explore the barriers that can prevent access, review our current processes and identify practical ways to improve the experience for everyone.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. As a thank you for your time and involvement, you’ll receive a £40 gift voucher.
