Richard Woolley

Board Member

Richard has over 30 years of senior social housing experience in a variety of housing associations, primarily in finance and governance teams culminating in a Chief Executive role that he stepped down from in November 2023.

Since leaving full time work, Richard has delivered housing consultancy, advising on good governance for two merging organisations in South Wales.

In addition to his role at whg, Richard is a Board member for Barcud Housing in Mid Wales.

Richard is a member of the whg Board, People and Governance, and Audit and Assurance Committee.
