Find an affordable home

You may be able to join our housing register. This depends on your housing need and if we have an open waiting list for you to join. You can check your eligibility for our housing register via our eligibility questionnaire.

If you are interested in a home in Walsall you can sign up to Walsall Council’s housing register.

If you are interested in any of our homes outside Walsall, you should register with the relevant Local Authority who may nominate you to whg for a home.

Homeless or at risk of homelessness?

Your local authority offers support and help whether you’re homeless or worried about becoming homeless. The support may vary depending on your current circumstances and can range from advice to qualifying for a home.

Please contact your local council to discuss what options may be available to you.

Rent a garage

Need some extra storage or a place to park your car? You could rent a garage for as little as £10.66 per week.

To see our list of garage locations and apply, download an application form and post or email it to us.
