Working in partnership
We pride ourselves on being a place-based organisation, working in partnership to level up communities. We excel at regenerating places – working in genuine partnership and levering in the funds that enable us to deliver where others cannot.

Lockside
This is our first joint venture development in partnership with leading developer, Lovell. The £44 million scheme, just one mile from Walsall town centre, will transform this previously derelict site.
Alongside homes for outright sale, the development will also include those for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as a 50 apartment wellbeing scheme for over-55s. Through this mix of tenures we aim to create a thriving, sustainable new place that people are proud to call their home.

Royal Hospital Wolverhampton
We are proud to be working in partnership with Jessup and Homes England to transform Wolverhampton’s iconic Royal Hospital site into a wellbeing scheme for people over 55 and build an additional 154 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
The redevelopment forms part of wider plans to make the area a key gateway to Wolverhampton city centre, which is starting to take shape following the successful regeneration of the former bus depot site at Cleveland Road.

Partner with us
We are looking for partners to help us deliver our corporate plan. As well as focusing on value for money, we want partners that will help us drive long term positive impacts for our business and communities. For information contact our procurement team.

Good health starts at home
Our health partners recognise the value in having housing as a key partner around the table. There are huge opportunities to align the work we do with our customers and communities and the desire to tackle health inequalities.
Focusing on early intervention and prevention rather than treatment, we are looking at ways we can support people and our communities, to live independently and have active, prosperous and healthy lives.
We occupy a unique position in our communities, as we have a strong relationship with our customers and deep understanding of the challenges they face. Through our range of support services, we have the capability to tackle health inequalities at source and reach some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Tackling health inequalities
We are committed to tackling health inequalities, but we cannot do it alone. If you are part of a health or social care organisation based in the West Midlands, we want to hear from you.
Working together to tackle homelessness
In 2018 we partnered with Walsall Council and West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to support the launch of Housing First West Midlands, one of three national pilots that aim to help people off the streets.
Homelessness is a critical and complex issue that requires a collaborative approach to solve. The West Midlands Housing First pilot is a £9.6m initiative that aims to house over 600 rough sleepers across the West Midlands over the next three years.
Ending homelessness is not just about providing accommodation. Working with our partners GreenSquare Accord, our housing first customers receive support which is flexible to their needs to enable people to rebuild their lives.
