whg has retained top ratings in the latest round of judgements from the Regulator of Social Housing.

The leading Midlands’ landlord received a G1/V1 rating, the highest possible rating for the assessment of whg’s governance and financial viability.

Gary Fulford, Group Chief Executive, said: “whg was one of the first providers to go through the IDA in a virtual format due to the COVID restrictions, so it was especially pleasing to hear the assessors compliment the way we engaged in the process and made information available in a smooth and consistent manner.

“The G1/V1 rating is testament to all the hard work we put into ensuring we are a well-run business. Our performance means we have a solid platform to continue to deliver the quality homes and services our customers deserve, which is vitally important in these uncertain times.”
