whg is helping local residents to save money on their energy bills as part of Big Energy Saving Week.
The leading Midlands landlord is encouraging its customers to focus their energy on switching suppliers, change habits around the house, and seek the necessary advice to reduce bills and be more energy-efficient.
Paul Dockerill, Director of Energy and Programme Management, said: “Sometimes it can be daunting to switch energy supplier, but you could be missing out on a better deal by staying with your current provider.
“We offer free, personal support for customers struggling to keep their homes warm or to pay their energy bills, and can help you change your energy supplier.
“Not only could you save money but by reducing your bills and energy use you will help to reduce carbon emissions.”
whg has teamed up with Octopus Energy to provide customers with a competitive tariff called FuelGood.
Big Energy Savings Week helps consumers understand their energy use, cut their bills and get the financial support they are entitled to. It’s run by Citizens Advice and the Energy Saving Trust in collaboration with the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
