    To provide an enhanced housing management service that offers a wide range of support to our vulnerable customers giving help to set up and maintain all whg tenancies.

    • Help source furniture, white goods and carpets
    • Set up bills
    • Register with Doctors and Dentist
    • Develop life skills
    • Access benefits

    Work closely with the Employment and Training team to help customers access work, training or volunteering opportunities, the service can be tailored to suit the customer’s needs.

  • Young persons support service

    Provides a specialised service to young people aged 16-25 who are some of our most vulnerable customers to help them sustain their tenancies. Pre-tenancy advice can also be provided.

  • Young persons scheme

    The young persons scheme provides accommodation for young people aged 16-29 faced with homelessness.
