This is a 12 week programme which focuses on an holistic approach to healthy ageing. It covers many aspects including healthy eating, nutrition and weight management, emotional wellbeing and mini health checks.
- Walking Football
Aimed at men over 50, Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game.
Playing for fun, friendship and fitness - daytime and evening sessions across Walsall offered with support from Walsall FC Community Partnership.

- Over 50s exercise sessions
Regardless of how fit you are, regular exercise provides plenty of benefits for older people, including improved memory, greater physical ability, better overall quality of life and improved mental wellbeing. For example, circuit training can increase strength, increase muscle, develop balance and improve cardiovascular health and potentially reduce the risk of falls.

A free football league for men with a BMI over 25. The league is decided not only on points won, but pounds lost.
