Support for customers
Are you having difficulty setting up your new home or managing your tenancy? We can help customers who are struggling due to their age, physical or sensory ability, a learning disability, mental health issue or because of short-term need, for example following a bereavement, accident or when setting up a new home.
Our tenancy support service offers one-to-one practical support to customers to help them manage their tenancy, regardless of age and whether they live alone, with a partner or family.
Everyone’s needs are different so, after you have contacted us, we will arrange to visit you at home to discuss in detail what support you feel you need.
The kind of areas we can help you with include helping you to:
- set up your home
- budget, manage your money and claim benefits
- develop domestic and life skills
- access health services
- access local social and leisure activities
- access learning, training or work opportunities.
