Service charges
Some customers may be required to pay a service charge for specific services e.g. lifts, door entry systems or communal cleaning. Service charges are subject to specific rules about what items can be charged for and how the charges are calculated.
Where you are liable for these charges, we will let you know and the figures will be shown separately to your rent in your annual increase letter.
