Future homes
We aim to build or acquire at least 500 new homes in Walsall by 2014 and are continually working in a bid to create homes and neigbourhoods where people choose to live.
The following schemes are currently being prepared and will form part of the our Development Programme in the coming years, along with various other sites contained within our Strategic Regeneration Framework areas, such as the Goscote Lane Corridor.
