We are committed to achieving neighbourhood and community improvements that enable local people to enjoy the place they live in.

Gaining feedback from customers is important to improving the service we provide. We carry out regular customer surveys, site inspections and estate walkabouts and invite customers to be involved in all of these activities.

To ensure that our estates are kept to a high standard we employ Neighbourhood Impact Officers (NIO) who carry out regular inspections of communal areas to ensure that they are being kept clean, clear and are in good repair.

This section includes information about the standards you can expect in the cleaning of your block, grounds maintenance, general block services and information around night patrols.
