Gaining feedback from customers is important to improving the service we provide. We carry out regular customer surveys, site inspections and estate walkabouts and invite customers to be involved in all of these activities.
To ensure that our estates are kept to a high standard we employ Neighbourhood Impact Officers (NIO) who carry out regular inspections of communal areas to ensure that they are being kept clean, clear and are in good repair.
