Customer involvement means giving you, our customers, the chance to help plan and review how our services are delivered.
Involvement gives you a real chance to air your views and gives you an opportunity to make a difference to the services you receive and things that happen in your community. You will also get to see how the group works and develop your skills.
We know that not everyone wants to be on a committee and that time is limited for many people. We also know that people have different interests and experiences. So we have developed a range of ways in which customers can get involved – from those that take just a few hours every few month to those that will take more time and commitment.
