whg is highly involved in many community projects, which prove to be an effective way of engaging local people and positively developing communities in Walsall.
Some examples of projects include:
Community Gardens
The Community Garden project identifies derelict sites and engages with the local community to develop these as community gardens.
Community gardens have taken many forms including orchards, allotments, wildlife areas and other spaces for local communities to enjoy.
We have worked in partnership with our major works contractors who have donated both time and machinery towards the project.
