
Everyone has a right to enjoy their home and community quietly and peacefully. We are committed to ensuring that all whg customers can do this by tackling behaviour which is anti-social or causes problems for others.
Our anti-social behaviour (ASB) policy and procedure has four themes:
1. We will be open and clear about what action we will take in combating ASB.
2. We are committed to continually improving our responses to ASB.
3. We will continue to tackle ASB directly while working closely with other agencies responsible for delivering services addressing ASB.
4. We are committed to using the full range of sanctions and support to tackle ASB, exploring all methods of reducing the incidence of ASB including opportunities for prevention and support.
