The Right to Buy and Right to Acquire are Government schemes which allow most tenants of Registered Providers to purchase their property at a discounted price.

The procedure for processing applications and the price at which properties can be purchased are governed by legislation

Most tenants of whg will have a legal right to apply to purchase their property, at a discounted price, through one of these schemes.
